The Rouelle du Tarn is made from fresh goat's milk by a farmer in Tarn, in south west France, the "Wheel" is then stored in our cheese cellars for maturation. Distinguishable by the hole in its centre and coal coated crust. It has a creamy texture and subtle milky taste
Recommended with white vine from Sancerre or a fruity red wine. Goes well with pears preserved in sweet Sauternes wine.
